Farrel F270
With a typical batch size of approximately 230kg, our Farrel F270 mixer is the largest on site in Bendigo. Typically the F270 can process around 3400kg of rubber per hour and is largely used for Orbitred material.

Shaw K6
The Shaw K6 mixer also mixes high volumes of compound, but is particularly good for mixing to high specification. This mixer has a typical batch size of 130kg and an output of around 2000kg of rubber per hour. Generally the K6 is used to mix higher specification compounds for various applications for custom mix customers.

Carter Mk3
The Carter Mk3 mixer is used almost exclusively to supply Motherson Elastomer's finishing plant. With a typical batch size of 70kg and an hourly output of approximately 1000kg, the Carter mixer supplies a varied range of compounds for use in the automotive, rail and industrial markets.
